Quality Policy

In order to continuously ensure a consistently high level of services, OctoCert Services has designed and implemented a Management System according to the requirements of the International Standard ISO/IEC 17065:2012 as well as ISO/IEC 17020:2012. This system, including the manual and the quality policy, defines the framework for OctoCert Certification Services‘ response to its customers’ requirements and is applied across all of its activities.

…to providing all the necessary resources in terms of tools and personnel to implement the Quality Policy and achieve the quality objectives

…to ensuring the effective use of the resources* provided by the Management System to ensure continuous adequacy, suitability, and improvement

*The resources of the Management System that are utilized are:

-the establishment of a controlled service delivery framework,
-the setting, monitoring, and review of quality objectives,
-Internal Audits,
-Corrective and Preventive Actions, as well as
– Management Review
